Finca Cristina A Healthy Earth Grows Great Coffee!

 

We roast our coffee in a small batch roaster (5 kilo) designed by Ernie Carman. The heat source is a propane gas flame which roasts the coffee from the bottom.

5 kilos of green, or unroasted, coffee are placed in the roaster. As the barrel drum turns, the coffee is heated evenly and thus roasted evenly.
