Finca Cristina is a family farm with a small-scale mill and roaster located on the south slopes of the Irazú volcano. Volcanic soils, high elevation and moderate temperatures produce a well-balanced cup of coffee with good acidity and body.
Its owners, Ernie Carman & Linda Moyher, believe that a healthy Earth grows great coffee, and therefore use only organic farming techniques and produce shade-grown coffee. The special care of the earth and families who work on it are the essence of Finca Cristina.
